Feedback on presentation: Based on discussions between Mark G and myself, your presentation on monday did not provide clear understanding of what you are ACTUALLY creating. Based on our discussions in class, I am of the impression you are making an interactive work in Flash. But, this was NOT clear in your presentation.
Your presentation referred to your research on music and in particular the canon. But you did not clearly express how you planned to utilise the principles within the final work. You also did not clearly explain how this would reference your concept of Asian culture vs Western.
As I said in class previously, I had a problem with your concept over simplifying the difference between East and West. I am not sure if you have replaced this now with your canon concept, where East compliments West, and this is represented by clicking the parts of the face to play complimentary audio (ears) or visuals (eyes). If so, then I am happier with this concept.
